We weren’t sure how the Cape faired after the hurricane last year. I can tell you, they have done an amazing job on the entire cape. The beach is just beautiful! We were lucky in that the weather was a couple of degrees cooler for us. The water is so clear we could watch the little fish and crabs swim around. My Labrador tried his hardest to catch them. So did the 11 year old boy we brought with us. Everyone on the beach is so friendly. A couple of men actually played frisbee with my dog. That was a first for us! I didn’t know he could catch a frisbees from the air! We stayed so close to the beach we could hear the waves rolling in at night. Maybe next year we can stay a little longer.

Our stay at Sea Breeze was wonderful. It is a very clean unit with cheery beach décor. Comfortable furnishings and a well-stocked kitchen made our stay feel like home. We enjoyed using the outdoor grill and loved using the poker set and glancing through the guest books. Wendy was very easy to work with. She responded quickly to phone calls, emails and texts as we were planning our trip, during our stay and even after we got home. Highly recommend this unit and Wendy.

By far the cleanest, nicest unit that we have ever stayed in the Barrier Dunes. Great location very short walk to the beach or the pools. Would definitely book this one again! Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed the condo.  It was spacious and comfortable.  The additional beach gear was extremely helpful to us as a family with small children! We were also really pleased with the massive binder of menus, things to do and other information. Not every place we have stayed in the past has provided those things and it truly makes a difference. We had everything we needed and loved our trip to the Cape. The icing on the cake was getting to see a loggerhead sea turtle make its nest right in front of the complex.  Turtle Crawl was aptly named and perfect for our family vacation.

Turtle Tracks is a great property that is located very close to the beach and the state park. There are plenty of beach chairs and other supplies to make your trip convenient! Wendy did a great job communicating with us!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Breeze 15.  The condo was beautiful and we really appreciated the spices & the plastic wraps, detergents and washer & dryer being right there.  The two granddaughters thought the loft was great.  The beach was very pretty.  I am sure we will be back someday.

This was our third year in Cape San Blas. Wendy always is so helpful with getting us set up for our big family vacations. She quickly responds to everyone’s emails… which can be quite a few. We stayed on the beachfront in Tropical Breeze and Shore Thang. Everything was perfect, as usual. Next year, we will have a larger group of family with us and we have already asked Wendy, before we left, to help us book. Counting the days again until we return to paradise!

Very nice well-kept unit overlooking the pond, we enjoyed feeding the turtles every day and even had a deer show up one morning. It is a short walk to the beach where we enjoyed watching the sunsets and sitting around a bonfire in the evening. We even got to see dolphins one night. We visited St. Joe state park and enjoyed the beach and found a lot of nice sea shells. Barrier Dunes is a really nice complex. Wendy was great to work with, answered all our questions and has everything you would need already provided in the condo.

We definitely recommend Wendy’s Cape Escape.

My husband, daughter, and I just spent a week at Turtle Tracks. This was our first time going to the Cape. Wendy was incredible to work with and the communication was awesome! The home was beyond perfect, pristine, and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more!!! For those of you who think the Cape isn’t ready for visitors, you are so wrong! The beach is perfect and the gulf is just beautiful. This was also the first time our “baby” (aka French Bulldog) went to the beach. It was challenging to find a pet-friendly home close to the beach and I am so thankful I found Cape Escape! This is definitely our new home away from home and can’t wait to book next years vacation! Thank you Wendy for thinking of everything and for allowing us to stay in the home. We will treasure the memories we made at the Cape.
