When the afternoon sun peaks, the open-concept living room with its queen sleeper sofa and large Smart TV becomes the cool retreat. And evenings belong to the master suite deck: that expansive Gulf view, the garden tub waiting inside, the whole family settled into their own corners of the home — king suite upstairs, queen with trundle down the hall, sofa for whoever needs it.
