This is the kind of beach house that works beautifully for multigenerational families. The adults each claim a king suite upstairs — both with private ensuite baths and their own balconies — while the kids pile into the loft with three twin beds and their own TV nook. Nobody is fighting over bathroom time, nobody is sleeping on a pull-out in the living room, and everybody wakes up within earshot of the Gulf. Start your mornings with coffee on the main deck, watching the water from the dining table while the gas grill warms up for breakfast. By the time you've eaten, the beach is calling — and it's literally twenty steps away. Spend afternoons in the surf, at the community pool, or settled into the bay window seat with a book from the home's collection. Evenings back on the deck, the sun dropping into the Gulf, your dog stretched out at your feet — this is what Cape San Blas is all about.

The main level is open and airy, with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar with three barstools, a generous dining area, living room with sleeper sofa, a cozy bay window seat, and a half bath. The large beachfront deck with gas grill and dining set is where the group will naturally end up morning, afternoon, and evening.

Cape San Blas is an amazing beach free from commercialism of other beaches. Beautiful and quiet with the prettiest sunsets I’ve seen. The condo was steps from the beach and close to the grocery/ice cream place in the cape. We are already planning next year's stay!

I love booking my stay directly with Dev. I have been several times to Barrier Dunes and have always enjoyed our stay. We were 2 hours early this visit but was able to have early access after our long drive! I can’t wait til next time!

Everything was as described. The unit was very spacious and having TV\'s in every room was a huge deal for us. We didn\'t have the need to cook on our vacation, but it was nice having everything available if we would have needed it. We had never stayed where there were so many bathrooms available, that was helpful when getting ready to go out. We all enjoyed our week on the Cape and the beauty all around. All the surrounding restaurants were good and very friendly staff.

Great place to stay. It was our first time in Cape San Blas and we’re already planning next years trip. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this location and unit. Cape Escape was easy to communicate with and it was quick to respond. A+

Great condo, steps to the beach and had sunset view from the deck. The condo is well stocked and even had beach chairs. Our dog was right at home and they furnished pet towels. My only negative is parking is tight, so if you have a truck or large SUV, it\'s a bit of a challenge to back out. Devi and team were awesome and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful place, very clean, everything you would ever need in a gorgeous, convenient beach front house. Plenty of room, kitchen fully stocked, extra’s for the beach in the storage unit on the ground floor. Beach is literally steps away and has the most beautiful sunsets. We absolutely loved our stay and very much looking forward to the next.

Gulf Breeze is an excellent place to enjoy the beauty of Cape San Blas. This is a great location with a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The place was clean, and the accommodations were comfortable. The beach closet was full of great beach chairs and floats. I give it 5 out of 5 stars and would highly recommend this unit for families needing a great vacation

The beds were very comfortable pull-out couch not so much on the comfy side. The puzzles were great. We had a rainy day and did puzzles that was fun. Everything was clean and smelled good fresh towels fresh bedding enjoyed ourselves very much and dog friendly Very much appreciated on that very close to the beach and the pool the tennis court. Several different places to eat within a couple minutes apart but they don't advertise would definitely recommend it to anybody

The neighborhood and Gulf Breeze was perfect. The location could have been better. The kitchen was fully stocked with any type of cookware one would need. Perfect place to bring a pup. We plan to return next year.

Gulf Breeze Getaway: After falling in love with the Cape at the end of January this year, I knew I had to come back for another stay when it was warmer! Just returned from a 4-day stay in the Gulf Breeze @ ! The unit itself was so very roomy and spotlessly clean. The loft area was a huge bonus even though we didn't have the grands with us this time. The view off the balcony over the Gulf was marvelous. We had spectacular weather with clear blue skies, little winds, and upper 70's/low 80's temps. Couldn't have asked for better conditions! Water temps were still a touch cool to swim except for the bayside at St. Joseph's State Park. The conditions there were perfect for snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, shelling, or just hanging out at the beach. HIghly recommend this area for families with young kids as the sandbars are terrific and shallow. We didn't do much exploration this go around - just content to vegetate on the beach and poolside but we did get out to do Coneheads, grabbed Low Country Boil from St. Joe's Shrimp, and grabbed breakfast at Shipwreck Raw Bar on the way out. We did do a grocery order for pick-up at Piggly Wiggly's in Port St. Joe which was ready before we go there for pick-up. Super easy and it allowed us to spend more time relaxing. I am already looking at going back during Scallop season for another stay and will definitely be using Cape Escape again! The service is impeccable and the stay is seamless from start to finish! I think next up will be the waterfront view offered at the Walking on Sunshine unit 🙂

We had a wonderful family vacation at Cape San Blas. The condo was clean and well maintained. Everything that we needed was provided and more. The proximity to the beach was perfect! We highly recommend this unit and look forward to a return visit.

We've probably stayed at the Cape a dozen times, in beach front homes as well as beach front condos at Barrier Dunes, so we were happily surprised to discover Gulf Breeze, a very comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed 2+ bedroom just off the beach and next to the gazebo, a great location. It is now one of our favorite places to stay at Barrier Dunes.
