There's a natural rhythm to days at Coastal Joy. Mornings begin in the light-filled kitchen — granite countertops, stainless appliances, three barstools at the breakfast bar — before spilling out onto the huge main deck for coffee and the first look at the Gulf. Beach gear is loaded from the stocked closet downstairs and the group makes the short walk to the sand. Afternoons drift between the surf and the gulf-front pool, which is just steps from the back of the house. Come evening, the adults migrate upstairs to the king master suite's private sunset deck — bistro set ready, Gulf turning amber and rose — while the kids wind down in the cozy living room with its electric fireplace and large Smart TV. The turtle pond catches the last of the light outside the queen suite windows. Coastal Joy lives up to every syllable of its name.

The main level is wide open and wonderfully social — updated kitchen flowing into a dining room with a large table, into a spacious living room with two full sofas and a sleeper sofa, all opening onto the huge Gulf-view deck with gas grill and seating. The electric fireplace makes the living room equally inviting on cool off-season evenings.

We had a great time staying at Coastal Joy. The place has everything you need for a comfortable vacation and it is very well located close to the beach access and tennis courts. Devi is very friendly, and it was very nice to interact with her. When something arose, Devi was very proactive and attentive to resolve the issue right away. We will come back!

Our family vacation to Port St. Joe was wonderful. Coastal Joy was the perfect place for our group of 8 (3 couples, 2 children). Being so convenient to the pool and beach was fantastic! We cooked all but 2 nights, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the beach closet well stocked, and the area was quiet and peaceful. We absolutely would stay here again!

Host was great, very responsive and good communication. Location was ideal, loved the convenience to the beach, nice community. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Excellent unit. We have stayed a few times at this property but first time here. Convenient to pool and beach. Home is set up to maximize space and allow separation also. We truly enjoyed our visit and will return!

Beautiful condo! We visit the Cape twice a year. Coastal Joy is absolutely gorgeous. Rooms are spacious, appliances were in working order and decor is beautiful. Nice view of ocean from the master. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful week staying at Coastal Joy! The ocean view from the master bedroom was fabulous and the location is perfect - literally just steps from the ocean pool and beach. The furnishings are lovely and comfortable, and the well-stocked kitchen was appreciated. The beach closet was full of beach chairs and boogie boards - Everything needed for a day on the beach. We will definitely stay at Coastal Joy again!

We had a wonderful stay in Cape San Blas!! This unit was wonderful.: nice, clean, an easy walk to the beach/pool, and had everything a beach goer could need. We plan on returning next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Coastal Joy. It is a great location with just a short walk to the pool and beach! There is a nice gulf view from the master balcony. They had just put in new appliances in the kitchen. As coffee lovers, we enjoyed having a Keurig where we could make a pot of coffee and fill our thermos to take to the beach or use our individual pods. The beach cart in the closet was a big help in getting all our things to the beach AND... of course getting to take our dog with us was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. This was our third trip to the Cape and we always book through Cape Escape. They are awesome!
