Very close to clear, clean and wonderful beach! Unit is very clean, we did not have pets but could not tell pets had been there previously! Unit has all of the comforts of home – fully stocked kitchen, board games, books, and all of the HDTV channels! Wendy (owner) was very easy to work. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was so wonderful. Great location, beautiful condo and wonderful hostess! We could not have asked for more. We saw and heard the Gulf from our living room and bedrooms. So easy to just run down the stairs to the white sandy beach. Everything we needed was available and ready for us…and our dogs. Wendy responded quickly to any request. I don't know how she does it! We all loved our stay at Gulf Breeze and would recommend it to anyone who loves beautiful beaches, soft Gulf breezes, friendly people and dogs, great nights of sleep and rest, and pretty accommodations. We have been renting in Barrier Dunes for 7 years. This particular unit we have rented for the past three years (staying 6 weeks). We have already booked for next year and will continue to book as long as we are able to travel.

Paradise is immaculate, beautifully decorated, plenty of pots and pans, utensils etc., astounding view of the beach and gulf with lovely palm trees. You walk directly from the deck to the beach. The above is also true for all the units we have rented through Wendy Jackson. Wendy is always there for you, should any issues arise. She responds within minutes. What we love about Barrier Dunes is the beautiful white sand beach which is also dog-friendly. Each day Hubby and I would take long walks on the beach. Hubby likes to fish and would take his pole, pail and chair (beach chairs are included with rental) and spend hours, sometimes catching, sometimes not.

Although we only dined out about 2 times a week, the restaurants in Port St. Joe and Apalachicola are excellent. Piggly Wiggly Supermarket in Port St. Joe has everything you might need. I have ordered specialty meat cuts from them as well. There is also the Cape Trading Post a view miles away for grocery shopping. The people are all so friendly and helpful. I cannot express how much we LOVE Cape San Blas and Barrier Dunes. If it wasn't for family back here in NYC, we would move there in a heartbeat. Every evening we would watch the sun go down. We would watch the magnificent sunsets sitting on Adirondack Chairs, me sipping wine and Hubby having a beer. Our only regret is that we cannot stay longer then 6 weeks. Do not hesitate to book this unit. You will experience Heaven on Earth.

What a wonderful experience. The Cape is truly an escape to an amazing beach. Our dog, Cassie, made many new friends both canine and human, as did we. The Barrier Dunes Condo (Turtle Crawl) was great, as was Wendy Jackson to work with.   She truly goes above and beyond. We will be back next year!

We just got back from spending 12 nights at Sea Breeze at Cape San Blas. The accommodations were lovely. Nicely decorated and it was stocked with almost everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen, good information about the area, games, puzzles, books and movies. We enjoyed the accommodations very much. Comfortable bed. Barrier Dunes is a very friendly place. All the people we met were nice and come back regularly. Very dog-friendly. Laid back atmosphere. The beach is wide with white sand. We enjoyed walking our dog on the beach and watching people fish.

My husband, our collie, and I loved our stay at the newly renovated Gulf Breeze, for a few days before Christmas, 2019.    The condo was very well stocked, had a great gulf view and an easy short walk to the beach.  Gulf Breeze was nicely decorated and the master bed was extremely comfortable!

It was a pleasure to work with Wendy and would definitely stay here again….. hopefully next December.

Staying at Paradise Barrier Dunes 11 was just what my sister and I needed! The home was so nice and very clean!!   The deck literally hangs over the sand with beach access and breathtaking views!!   We enjoyed having our own balconies in our room as well!! Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed!!   Wendy was easy and incredible to work with!!   Hoping my sister and I can make this a yearly vacation!!   Thanks, Wendy for your hospitality!!!!

Beautiful Beaches! Great amenities! Super place for kids!

Our pups loved Cape Escape 1 just as much as we did! We had an absolute blast. The closet had plenty of beach items for us to use which made packing a lot easier. We were able to bring out canopy out to the beach using the beach cart which we were so thankful for. Wendy is wonderful and we will continue coming back for more fun. She answered all of our questions and more. Can’t wait to go back!
