The name says it all — there's almost always a breeze at Sea Breeze, whether it's drifting off the pond on a quiet morning or coming in warm off the Gulf in the late afternoon. Days here have a satisfying simplicity to them. Coffee on the main deck while the pond does its peaceful thing, the grill fired up for breakfast, then a short 40-step stroll to the beach with everything loaded from the stocked closet. When the group wants a break from the waves, the beachfront pool is literally across the street. Come evening, the back deck becomes the best seat in the house — Polywood dining table, gas grill, the pond catching the fading light — before everyone retreats to their own private Gulf-view balcony upstairs. Sea Breeze is the kind of home where you stop counting the days and start losing track of them entirely.

The main level is open and generously proportioned — stylish, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances flowing into a bright dining area and comfortable living room with queen sleeper sofa and Smart TV, all opening directly onto the large back deck with its Polywood gas grill dining setup and freshwater pond view. A convenient half bath and dedicated beach gear storage area at the top of the stairs round out the main floor.

We loved our stay at sea breeze. We typically like a more private place to stay so we’re a little nervous about trying out Barrier Dunes. We really loved it. Even though there were quite a lot of families - it never felt too crowded. The beach was so close that we could go back and forth with ease. Our son loved riding his bike around the neighborhood as well. The home had more than we expected when it came to the kitchen and beach supplies. We were very impressed with this and how clean and cozy everything was. We would most definitely book again - even the same unit! Devi was wonderful and super responsive whenever we had a question or concern. Highly recommend.

Very easy to communicate with. Kept us updated daily on the issues with the pool and when it was resolved. I love to book direct with Cape Escape Vacation rentals!

The condo was in great shape, everything worked well. Great proximity to the beach. Overall just a great place to stay. I will certainly be staying there again in the future. 🙂

It was nice to have thoughtful “extras” at the condo since we were traveling with a toddler and our dogs. This condo had a pack-n-play, high chair, night lights, and dog treats.

This was our second stay at Seabreeze BD 52. Very nice and as seen in pictures provided. One thing I would have liked to have seen was a few more bathroom linens but other than that was a great stay. Looking forward to booking next year!

We loved our stay at Sea Breeze!! This is the second time we have booked thru Cape Escape and it is always so easy. We love our time in Cape San Blas and loved this rental. Very clean, spacious and close to the beach and pool. The only negative is the garage is a tight squeeze. But we made it work. We would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our 3 week stay at Sea Breeze very much. It was so nice to have such or short walk to the beach or pool from the condo. It met all of our needs and we have already reserved it for next year.

The house was clean and very well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay. It is very close to the beach and the Barrier Dunes grounds are gorgeous and the beach is breathtaking. Owners are very responsive and minor issues were handled very quickly and graciously. The washer and dryer are very convenient. The Cape has some gems for dining. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. The unit was very clean and overall in good shape. The beach was very quiet (the way I like it!) and the fact that dogs are allowed on the beach is a plus! Just a couple things FYI. If you have problems negotiating steps, this unit is not for you. Parking is underneath and there are two flights of 15 steps, one from the entry door to the main living area, and another flight of 15 steps up to the top floor where the 2 bedrooms are located. I made the reservation several months ago and at that time my knees were ok to walk without a cane or walker. However, a couple months before our stay my knee that I had replaced in 2021 started hurting and consequently I was actually using a rollator during our stay, which made it difficult going up and down the steps. Also the bath upstairs that had the full tub had a bit of a drainage problem. My wife poured 2 bottles of drano down that tub drain and it still did not completely unstop. But overall we had a pleasant stay and liked the area. The managers did a good job of keeping us informed via email with anything that was happening in the area. If you have no problem with stairs I would definitely recommend this unit.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sea Breeze. The place was lovely and clean. Cape Escape made getting in and out easy and was very helpful. The surrounding area was beautiful, quiet and quaint but with enough around to have a good time.

Family friendly area with great proximity to the beach and beachside pool. The playground was a 3 minute walk and there was a small pond that people were fishing at with children. There was some noise from other units but with that many stairs that is to be expected. The townhouse had everything we needed for the few days we were there. The communication was beyond reproach and check-in/out were easy. The beach was very busy from noon on each day but not a problem if you got there early to snag a space. I wouldn't recommend this beach if your primary objective is fishing. Make sure to bring 3 types of bug repellant and wear them all as the flies can be bad when the winds die down. Each evening there were a lot of beach fires which always left a lot of coals and half-burnt logs along the beach. Short drive to the state park and you could walk down there along the beach as well.

The condo was very close to the beach and cute as could be. We are on our third visit to the Cape with Cape Escape, and they never disappoint. The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen ware, grill, crab nets and some traps. A previous guest had even left a bonus umbrella in the beach closet. This was totally unexpected and a great bonus. We had hot showers, cold AC and the end of the cape is the best. We love being able to take our pups, known on the show circuit as Team Corgi, with us on vacation. So a clean pet friendly condo is always important. It’s great to be able to hose off on the deck before getting inside…we kept pet sand and people sand on the outside. We were blessed with great weather , since it was 107 at home in Oklahoma. Only one day was raining….but we got the beach before the rain and then had a great sunset after the rain. The folks on the beach were all nice…we drove 16+ hours but others had driven 18-24 hours to get to the gem. I hope it stays forgotten, because I am very selfish and protective of the marine life and ecosystem here.

Everything was clean, well stocked, everything we needed was right there. Just steps from the beach. Devi was a pleasure to deal with, we will definitely be back!

Sea Breeze is roomy, beautiful and comfortable. It’s steps from the beach and was perfect for our vacation. We had all we needed to have some meals in but we also enjoyed krazyfish grill and cat 5 for dinner. The trading post was close by to pick up a few items plus souvenirs for our granddaughter. Next door was ice cream and sno cones. We also spent time at the pool but the beach is our favorite. The cape is beautiful and we thank you for a wonderful visit.

The house was beautiful. We were not there long and we weren't really there on vacation. We were able to walk barefoot to the beach from the house. I wish he could have enjoyed the house longer. The parking space was a little tight for our truck but we made it work. Check in/out was super easy and had no issues with the key pad.

We loved staying here! The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed. There was a good supply of beach equipment. It is an easy walk to the beach and pools. The beds were super comfy! We would definitely stay here again.
