From start to finish, Cape Escape Vacation Rentals was superb. Definitely the best beach rental we have had - and we have been coming to the Florida panhandle for decades. This was our second time on the forgotten coast, and we will be back!! Walking on Sunshine had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation with our dog. We truly only needed a swimsuit, shorts, t-shirt and meals. With Scully's, Weber's donuts, Long Bills and St Joe Shrimp Co, we were able to enjoy the best view while dining. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic time staying with Cape Escape on CSB! We had everything we needed from laundry soap to paper products to kitchen spices. Clean, nicely appointed and beautiful views!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Such a beautiful and peaceful area. Did some hiking at St. Joseph\'s State Park that is just nextdoor. The beach is dog friendly and the park too so doggies enjoyed their vacation also. Great paved pathways all through the complex for walking dogs also and they are lit at night. The doggie poop bags and disposal stations along the way are handy. Everyone was super friendly in the restaurants and stores and in Port St Joe. Perfect weather, sunny and 70s. Some good restaurants on the Cape and in Port St Joe. Definitely would come back. Perfect for those seeking peaceful relaxing time at time at the beach with pristine beaches. Get your groceries at Piggly Wiggly in Port St. Joe. Condo beautiful, comfortable beds. Amazing view and sunsets right from balconies. Faces west.

Can’t beat a beach front condo in Barrier Dunes. Its location is in a quieter area of the complex, too. Well equipped and comfortable. Managers, Devi and Donavan, are quick responders to the needs of the condo renters. Superb customer service. A great place to stay.

We loved our time at Cape Escape!!! It was every thing we could have dreamed of for a perfect long weekend get away! The access to the beach was unmatched. The balcony was wonderful for grilling our food and watching sunsets. It is in a great location, and we had plenty of room to spread! I thoroughly enjoyed it, and plan to be back as soon as time permits. I highly recommend.

Awesome Service and what an outstanding location. We loved the location and how close it was to the beach. I love the fact that you were ON THE BEACH and could sit on the deck and be ON THE BEACH. Also, the stars at night are incomprehensible. This is a great location to decompress. I only thought I was on vacation at the cape until we stayed at Walking on Sunshine. The unit takes it to another level and Devi's Service is unmatched.

This was the second time we have stayed at Barrier Dunes with Cape Escape and it was absolutely wonderful. Turtle Crawl was so close to the beach and the sunset from the upper deck was just amazing. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed and very clean. Most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time. Spent some time fishing and catching blue crab. Nothing like a dinner of crab you caught yourself that same day. Our dog Sunny was so at home she did not want to leave. Everything was perfect. A visit to Killer Seafood in Mexico Beach is an absolute must. Can't wait to come back and do it all again!
