I really appreciated the beautifully decorated condo and especially the cleanliness of the place. We have stayed in a few different condos at barrier dunes and this was by far the best! Would love one additional comfy chair or seating option in the living room though. Definitely didn't detract from our wonderful stay !

This condo was perfect for our family stay! Clean, comfortable and close to the beach. We also really enjoyed the turtle pond!

The place was wonderful! Cape Casa was beautiful, well-decorated, clean, and just as described on her listing. She was very clear on what was provided (beach chairs, beach cart, etc and what wasn't (no complimentary bathroom products like shampoo/conditioner/soaps, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, ) which I found to be very helpful in preparing what we needed to bring. She provided very clear directions on how to access the house and how to care for it. We stayed in the master bedroom, and the bed was very comfortable. Her STR was just a few short steps to the beach which made for easy back-and-forth throughout the day. Overall, we loved our stay here and will likely return.

Devi and Donavan were very helpful, answering all my questions and I had a lot never having been to the Cape before. I'm sure if I would have had any issues they would have "been on it" !

We chose this property for its location. Close to the beach and the state park. The property was clean and well equipped for our short stay. It was quiet and relaxing. A very short walk to the either of the 2 pools and the beach.

Heaven-the Barrier Dunes community is very much like a neighborhood-quiet, peaceful,accomadating One of the nicer condos in Barrier Dunes-enjoyed the turtles, the birds in the pond. Beach just a block away and pools in both directions

We stayed for two weeks and it was great. The weather wasn't always perfect but we made our way to the beach most days. The condo was perfect in every way for us . The dog friendly environment was so fun without dotty loving the dogs to bark at . lol We definitely plan on coming back again and would highly recommend these condos for the proximity to the beach and peace and quiet away from the normal tourist destination.

The apartment is impeccably cleaned and with a very fashion decoration. It is even more beautiful than the photos. The condo is right at the beach, very convenient, an absolutely gorgeous, private and peaceful place. I would definitely return and totally recommend. Perfect place to stay. The beach is a close walk, and this unit has a pretty view of one of the ponds. Bed in master is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Devi was very responsive to questions. We had a great Thanksgiving stay. The Cape is beautiful and our dog loved the beach!

Absolutely gorgeous! If you haven't been to the Cape, you're wrong! Pictures simply do not do this property justice. It was pristine! Check in was perfect. Location was only a short walk to the beach. We loved having all the beach gear provided as that takes up a large portion of our packing space. I can't imagine booking anywhere else after taking this trip. Will check availability here before booking anywhere else in the future.

Clean and updated house. Convenient location, walkable to the beach. Beach gear provided plus credit given for another beach gear supplier. Very clear instructions given for check in, well in advance. I had some trouble finding the place (my own fault for looking at the wrong house number in the email) and Devi was extremely friendly and responsive. 2.5 baths is a plus when you have 5 people. Can see turtles very clearly from the multiple decks. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. Neighborhood is quiet and very dog friendly with bathroom baggies and trash located throughout. I was a bit surprised that you had to go up a flight of stairs to enter the main living spaces but that’s no big deal, just good to know so you can mentally prepare to bring coolers and luggage up. Parking was covered which was great. Hose and outdoor shower outside made for easy cleaning off before entering the home. Everything was bright and perfect. Beautiful condo with multiple entrances to one of the most beautiful beaches. Not a lot of local restaurants or grocery shopping so be prepared with pre-bought food or use one of the grocery delivery options suggested by the host. But the condo has everything you need for a peaceful beach vacation.

The house was very clean (seemed newly remodeled), well stocked, and very comfortable. It was a close walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed looking at the turtles in the pond right behind the house. Will definitely stay here again.
