Days at Sweetwater find their own rhythm quickly. The beach is a one-minute walk from the front door — short enough that you'll make the trip three times before noon without thinking about it. Mornings ease in over coffee at the breakfast bar, the front pond shimmering through the window, before the group loads up from the stocked beach closet and heads out. When everyone comes back sandy and salty, the enormous walk-in outdoor shower handles it all — kids, adults, and dogs alike — with hot water and plenty of space. Evenings settle into the main deck with the gas grill, or up to the master suite's private Gulf-view balcony as the sun drops below the horizon. And when the trip is over, you'll find yourself checking whether the interior pool is heated that month before you book your next stay.

The main level is open, modern, and generously proportioned — updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances flowing into a dining area that seats nine, into a comfortable living room with queen sleeper sofa, Bluetooth speaker, and Smart TV, out to the large back deck with gas grill and outdoor dining. The queen bedroom and a full stylish bath are also on this level, with its own private balcony.

It’s our second visit to Sweetwater BD48. The condo is all renovated, good quality furniture, mattresses, pillows, and kitchen appliances. Really great location, steps from the beach. And Devi (administrator) support is the best you want.

Our week long stay at Sweetwater BD 48 was absolutely perfect. The property was as described, beautiful, and so close to the beach! We cooked every meal and the kitchen was well-stocked and the grill / deck was great. Besides the space and the beach access, we loved using the tennis / pickleball courts as well! 10/10

This condo unit is in a great location to the beach access! Every room was decorated with so much detail and comfort. We will be coming back and highly recommend to others.
