| Thanksgiving & New Years add $200 weekly ($300 on beachfront rentals) (please inquire as to if we are accepting nightly reservations for holidays). Please add $100 to Christmas week rates or $50 to nightly rates over Christmas. July 4 week add $100 to the above rates. There is a 4 night minimum for holiday stays and a 3 night minimum on other stays. |
