Barrier Dunes 15 - Gulf Breeze is light & cheerful, well-stocked and just a few short steps to the Cape San Blas beach and gulf front pool! The sunsets that descend on Gulf Breeze are amazing, get your camera ready for lasting memories.
Upper Floor:
King Bedroom with private porch with lovely gulf views, full bathroom, 32" flat panel cable TV with DVD, ceiling fan, phone, and alarm clock.
The second bedroom has queen bedroom , full, private bathroom, private deck, cable TV, DVD & ceiling fan.
The upper floor also has a full laundry area with a washer, drier, iron and ironing board. Laundry soap is provided for your convenience & easy packing.
Super Loft:
You will find 4 twin beds in the superloft that is accessible by stairs to the uppermost floor. Enjoy a TV & DVD. Comfortable, spacious area for the kids to have thier own space!
Lower Floor:
You will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, breakfast bar with three stools, large back deck & 1/2 bathroom.
- Kitchen: Fully stocked with refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes and pots and pans. Kitchen also has a phone with an answering machine.
- Dining room: Seating for 6 with an additional 3 stools at the breakfast bar and a patio table on the back porch if you want to enjoy a sunset while you have dinner!
- Living room: Queen sleeper sofa, love seat and extra full sofa with coffee table for playing games, cable TV and DVD. Plenty of seating for the whole family! DVD, ceiling fan, movies for all ages, puzzles & several games
- Large Back Deck: Includes gas grill, patio table & chairs and a shower for rincing off those sandy paws and toes.
Covered parking: Under Barrier Dunes 15, you will find covered parking for 2 cars.
Little extras for the beach: For your convenience we have provided some extras that we hope clears some space in your car!!

We had a great time. Had some family and friend join us for part of the ime. Much has changed in the 30 years (I'm 38) I have been coming there. The alligator in the state park is gone, more development...oh, and I have 3 daughters. Taking them snorkeling in the bay was the highlight of my life. I started snorkeling there at the age of 8. I and my extended family spread the ashes of my grandmother and aunt in the gulf. Cape San Blas is sacred ground for my family.
