SeaScape (Barrier Dunes 4) is a DIRECT beach front end unit! You will find it well stocked & ready for you and your family to come enjoy a relaxing beach vacation on Cape San Blas!

Lower Floor:
You will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, breakfast bar with two stools, large back deck & 1/2 bathroom.

Kitchen:

Fully stocked with refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans. Kitchen also has a phone.

Dining room:

Seating for 6 with an additional 2 stools at the breakfast bar and a patio table with umbrella on the back porch if you want to enjoy a sunset or watching the dolphins swim by while you have dinner!

Living room:

Queen sleeper sofa, 2nd sofa and 1 additional cushioned chair for extra seating, coffee table for playing games, stereo, cable TV, VCR, DVD, movies for all ages & several games.

Large Back Deck: Includes gas grill, patio table and chairs.

Upper Floor:

King Master Bedroom with private porch with lovely gulf views, full bathroom, cable TV with VCR, ceiling fan, phone, and alarm clock.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, full, private bathroom, private deck, cable TV & ceiling fan.

There is also a laundry area with a washer, drier, iron & ironing board. Laundry soap is provided for your convenience & to save space in your car!

Super Loft:

You will find 3 twin beds in the superloft that is accessible by stairs to the uppermost floor. Enjoy a TV and beach view. Comfortable area for the kids to have thier own space!

Covered parking: Under the unit you will find covered parking for 2 cars. There is also a shower and hose for washing those sandy paws and toes!

Little extras for the beach: For your convenience we have provided some extras that we hope clears some space in your car!!

We were fortunate to have superb weather during our stay so took full advantage of the beach, and your beach chairs all week. We attempted crabbing at the state park but only came up with one so we set him free! We did go on a guided fishing trip and the bay and caught a large red fish, flounder and trout....my husband was less fortunate and go nothing....and I will never let him forget that!

Conesheads is a quaint little place and was visited twice. Both times the food was good. Other than that we just relaxed and enjoyed the Cape. We are ready to go back NOW!

Thanks so much for giving us a great vacation. My husband told me Sunday night that it was the best vacation he's ever had!

We just returned from 3 weeks at SeaScape. The weather was great. We loved walking on the beach with our Border Collies, Laddie and Chase. This was our 2nd year at SeaScape. It was great to stay in such a beautiful location. The new king bed was a nice surprise. Thank you owners!

the pups spent a lot of time on the deck. Several of the other guests refered to them as the "GATEKEEPERS". Both dogs would just watch people and wag their tails. Neither dog barked! I was so proud of them. We will be returning to SeaScape next year. This time we are planning to stay for a month!

We did have a good time and the condo was great. The only rain this area of Florida has seen in weeks and weeks came during our time there, but that turned out fine -- we got to see the Gulf in storm mode with heavy waves crashing and roaring. I think the weather changed about 8 times a day while we were there.....we had such great sunsets and the dogs loved it! Our old guy (dog) loved sleeping on the deck in the sun & the new dog loved running down the beach dragging me. Vie Vie & I relaxed and read. It was a good change of scene.

We'll definitely contact you in the future. The condo would be perfect for the grandkids to explore the beach and the 3rd floor is a great kid's loft. They would love it. Thanks again for the easy arrangements & enjoy your Thanksgivng!

We loved it! We had everything we needed. Our pups loved it as well. My English Bulldog thinks she is a bird chasing waterdog now! I had to call Donna (NOTE: Donna is our wonderful local manager) with a couple of questions and she was great. I'll send you some pictures in a few days.

We would like to come back for a week next April. I'll know our schedule in a few days and give you a call!

We loved Cape San Blas and Barrier Dunes. Your place was lovely and very comfortable. We hope to come back in the fall if we can. Glad we left it OK. It was great to have our dog with us. He had a blast!

We had a lovely time at the beach. Our pups enjoyed it so much. They love to "people watch".

My grandson loved the loft. He just graduated from High School, so it was perfect for him. The beach was gorgeous. It was so still and clear. It is so sad about the oil. I pray it does not destroy the beauty of Cape San Blas. (NOTE: No oil made it to the Cape, this was just a general note from the guest!)

Your place is just beautiful and so peaceful. And talk about feeling safe on a vacation...it was incredible!! I was out walking Annie at 6 a.m. with no worries whatsoever. The beach sure beats our Texas coast, hands down! .....I was worried about making reservation based solely on internet pics, but it was even more beautiful than the internet showed. Thank you Wendy for such a memorable vacation get away!

We had a great time at the beach. Barrier Dunes 4 was a really nice unit & we did enjoy it. We had everything we needed for our stay there. We did a lot of grilling out of fresh fish or shrimp almost every day & tried the oysters everything we went to town. We did not leave hungry. The weather was perfect & we couldn't have been in a better position to catch the sunset each evening. Phoebe (their dog) wore herself out chasing after anything that moved on the beach. Thanks for providing us such a nice place to vacation!

We had a great time. Anyone wanting privacy and an intimate time with their family then the off season is definitely the time to come. We all had our flashlights running around on the beach at 2200 at night hunting ghost crabs. The beach was ours pretty much when we wanted it. Lots of shells, it was great.

SeaScap was wonderful! I was amazed at how wll stocked the kitchen was. Everything was at my fingertips. I have already started telling all of our friends who have pets about this place to vacation. The sunsets are beautiful and we got lots of pictures. This was our Yorkie's first trip and she loved the beach. We are looking forward to returning in the spring!

The house was more lovely than I visualized and was so relaxing. It was one of the best vacations we have taken and it was perfect for the family. I appreciate the pet-friendly atmosphere and people were so nice and friendly. Beautiful beaches! I hope to return again someday and hope you will keep us abreast of special rats.
